Shipping Information

Processing Time: 1-2 business days after order confirmation

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date for most items. Please review our straightforward return process:

Eligibility Requirements

  • Wheels must be in original, unused condition
  • All protective packaging and manufacturer tags must be intact
  • No signs of mounting or installation

Important Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-finished or powder-coated wheels
  • Special order sizes not normally stocked
  • Wheels showing any signs of mounting/installation
  • Clearance items marked “final sale”

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Product details and reason for return
  • Your contact information

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package & Ship
Carefully repackage using all original materials. We recommend:

  • Using the original shipping carton with protective materials
  • Purchasing shipping insurance for high-value wheels
  • Retaining your shipping receipt

Step 4: Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return (3-5 business days):

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal: 3-10 business days to appear
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For size/model/finish exchanges:

  1. Follow standard return process
  2. Specify desired replacement product in your email
  3. You’ll be responsible for price differences and new shipping costs

Defective/Damaged Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost.
