At MSW Shop, we stand behind our premium wheel selection (BBS, Concave, Japan Racing, MSW, OZ, and Rota) with a customer-focused returns policy. We understand that wheel selection is a personal choice for enthusiasts, and we want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The wheels must be in original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact
  • All original manufacturer tags and labels must be attached
  • The product must not show any signs of mounting or installation
Note: For safety and quality assurance, customized wheels (including special finishes or sizes) cannot be returned unless defective. This includes all wheels that have been modified from their original manufactured condition.

Return Process

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear MSW Shop Team, I would like to request a return for the following item(s) from my order #[Your Order Number]: Product Name: [e.g., BBS XYZ Model] Reason for Return: [Please specify: wrong size, changed mind, defective, etc.] I understand that the items must be in original condition with all packaging intact. Please provide return instructions. Best regards, [Your Full Name] [Your Contact Number]

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (3330 Hope Street, Portland, US 97209)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully repackage the wheels in their original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the return label provided by our team. We recommend:

  • Using the original shipping carton with all protective materials
  • Purchasing shipping insurance for high-value wheels
  • Retaining your shipping receipt until the refund is processed

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after delivery):

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges (different size, model, or finish):

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. In your email, specify the replacement product you want
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and new shipping costs

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive damaged or defective wheels (BBS, OZ, Japan Racing, etc.):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend:

  • DHL/FedEx: For faster processing (similar to our standard shipping)
  • EMS: More economical option for international returns

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Custom-finished or powder-coated wheels
  • Special order sizes not normally stocked
  • Wheels showing any signs of mounting/installation
  • Clearance items marked as “final sale”
